PRF Hair Restoration
Your own body's growth factors, put to work on thinning hair
PRF hair restoration is about waking up follicles that still have life in them, using nothing but your own blood. It's a natural fit for our approach: rather than covering up thinning hair, we're activating your scalp's own regenerative capacity for real, gradual improvement.
What It Helps With
Thinning hair and early hair loss
Reduced shedding
Overall scalp health, as a foundation for regrowth
What to Expect
Low downtime procedure; some redness, swelling, or tenderness at the scalp is normal for a day or two, and you can resume normal activities the same day. Because hair growth is gradual, most patients need a series of sessions (commonly spaced several weeks apart) before seeing changes in density and shedding, with occasional maintenance visits after that.
What Is PRF?
PRF stands for platelet-rich fibrin. We draw a small blood sample, then spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, growth factors, and fibrin — with no additives. That concentrated matrix is then injected into thinning areas of the scalp, where it helps activate dormant follicles and support a healthier scalp environment for regrowth.

Advanced Scalp Rejuvenation: PRF Hair Restoration Before & After
Compare authentic clinical results targeting early-stage hair loss and thinning crowns with 100% autologous, patient-derived plasma therapy.

Is it right for you?
Because PRF uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is very low. It's generally not recommended for patients with certain blood disorders, active infection or skin conditions at the treatment site, or those on certain blood thinners. Dr. Kamangar will review your health history and hair loss pattern at your consultation to confirm PRF is a good fit — and whether it works best on its own or alongside other hair loss treatments.
